1. Support to Plan, develop, Analyze, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate all activities relating to HR
  2. Support the management and other departments to mobilize all relevant human resources needed by hiring, train, retrain, and responsible for advising on setting performance management and ensure appropriate placement of these persons
  3. Provide management with advice on all contemporary equipment, methods, processes, and technology required to meet with the aims and objective stated above
  4. Support the review and update, document and sharing of novel HR policies and procedure required to meet these objectives including timelines required for implementation and ensure compliance
  5. Provide contemporary innovation to enable you grow BP and surpass your TOR
  6. Carry out any relevant self-developmental activities recommended by BP or determined by you to enable you carry out your task within the organization
  7. Any other relevant task added by your supervisor or management
